We are starting an apple orchard! We planted five trees in the fll of 2007 and plan to grow to nearly 70 trees in the next couple of years.  Our land is perfect for an orchard.  Our first trees consist of Gala, Fuji and Golden Delicious.  Other varieties are coming soon!

We are planting our first trees!  Maybe we have a little OCD, but yes (Floyd!), in the mountains it helps to have a level to make sure you are planting your trees straight! We also thought a fence alnong the road would add a nice touch.  Eventually it will stretch the entire lenght of the driveway.

The fence doesn't keep the deer out!
